Brighton Optimist Club's Big Camel Race!

Sponsor a camel! For $125 we supply you with a ready-to-race camel and we'll deliver it to you, too. All you have to do is decorate it. Make it a theme for your business, a hobby, or a passion. Make it personal, but make it good because we have a 'best dressed' camel contest and you'll want bragging rights for the year!
Adopt a camel for $125 and decorate it as you wish. Choose a business theme or make it whimsical. Display the camel at your business for the weeks running up to the date of the race.
Entry tickets are $30 and include a buffet dinner, draft beer and house wines. Purchase a business card sized ad in the official race program for just $40, or hang up to a 3 ft banner of your own for $150. Please note that program ads get first priority to camel sponsors.

We also need door and raffle prize donors. There will be eight (8) heats or races. Between races we'll have drawings for losing bettors. What a great way to give your business high visibility for a nominal donation. And the Brighton Optimist Club is a 501 (c) (3) recognized entity so you can even write off your donation (talk to your accountant about that!).

the community's youth. The Brighton club is celebrating
its 32nd year and has issued tens of thousands of
dollars in scholarships to the area's youth and conducts
many annual youth oriented programs.
